I stop at a good vantage point and wait for it. I'm told the storm is max intensity on radar but I'm a little disheartened to see slightly weaker updrafts going up st000080w.jpg The base features start to show up

Tiiiiny pencil funnel Driving north towards a storm located over the northern Gold Coast Gotta love taking storm pics at the beach! Backshearing - not a bad effort in such strong shear!
