st000023w.jpg Check out that anvil! A very nice supercell moving over Kingcliff. This storm was flying - at least 80km/h! Same as previous image, but with radar - thanks to the BoM
st000027w.jpg A congestus shortly after that tried its best to get going - but didn't The Kingscliff supercell now out to sea, and weakening quickly I head off south, hoping to catch this rapidly developing storm to the SW

After being stuck at the shops (don't ask)... I get outside and go HOLY CRAP as a rockhard storm rumbles nearby to my NNW. A painfully slow 3mins later I'm finally in a position to photograph the storm and I'm amazed at the structure!
