I stop at a good vantage point and wait for it. I'm told the storm is max intensity on radar but I'm a little disheartened to see slightly weaker updrafts going up st000080w.jpg The base features start to show up

Some nice CGs, and a good rain/hail curtain (was max intensity on radar) but roadworks on the Pacific Hwy and the fast storm movement meant I couldn't catch it!
