Instability was high over inland parts of SEQld and weak NW'ly steering winds meant that storms would stay away from the coast - so we chased. It turned out to be a frustrating day as we went to Warwick, Inglewood, Milmerran and Toowoomba. An incredible system with constant lightning developed later near Dalby, but we were too far away (and too tired) by that stage
